I-130 Part C Question 17 and IM as evidence?

I have seen this question answered both ways and I need clarification.

I am the USC, do I list myself and my USC children on this line?

My Filipino wife has no children.

Also, I have 830 pages of IM, do I need to send this as evidence. I have marriage certificate, pictures of the wedding and reception, one affidavit from my father that he knows of the wedding, and some pictures with family. Is this enough?

Thanks again, I'm almost ready to send I-130 just need this last bit of help.

My confusion stems from looking at the example I-130 on this website showing the USC listed here and others saying to list the beneficiary on this line.

You put only your name in question 17. They are your biological children, they are not your wife's children.
