My fiancee has applied for me at August(K1 visa), how many months I should wait for getting visa?

Welcome to the forum.

Excellents questions. :star:

:time: This helps everyone that uses the forum. Additionally, in doing so you will be able to see a VJ estimate of your petition approval (NOA2).

:guides: These can accessed at the top of the forum page. There is a lot of great information about the visa process, including a step-by-step K-1 visa guide, and a K-1 visa flow chart; plus, much, much more.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Most definitely. The timeline estimation is a wonderful benefit here on VJ, as are the guides. Please take full advantage of these benefits. Also, please feel out your profile. Especially where the Non-USC is from. That way, people that are going through the process within the same country can give some very specific information related to your process.good.gif

It depends on several factors:

Where the Beneficiary lives in the US (Determines the service center)

How well the petition is put together (Determines if there will be delays for RFE's)

What country you are from/what country you will interview in (different consulates have different processes)

I would plan on anywhere from 6 months to a year.
