Hello. well i am just getting married and in my culture women dont normally work the men do . and i am still living with my parents until my fiance comes. but i did get a job. this last july how am i suppose to get tax transcripts i didnt even do taxes. because i kept on going back and forth from america to turkey...

i looked on the irs website and i got my dads transcript but when i do mine it says to call them.. are they necessary for me? can i use my w2 thing?

If you make a certain amount of income it is the law for you to file taxes. The good news is you can back file your taxes for the past 3 years. Contact an H & R Block or other tax preparation firm and get it done. If you can't comply with this basic law how will you be able to comply with others to get your fiancee her? (this is from the standpoint of USCIS).

Don't worry lots of people had this issue. Like I said you can back file your taxes and then you will have no issures .

Also if you didn't make enough income and your dad is a co-sponsor you will need his tax returns as proof of income.

i already got his . well they are being mailed to us. but what is back file?? what does it mean?

can i just use the w2 form.... because i am a studen and i work not that much. but in my culture im suppose to be a "house wife" type thing. not in the turkish culture but MY culture. this is my only concern in this visa process. i wanst required to do my taxes tho this year and its the first year i worked... also with all of the trips to turkey it was hard to get enough hours...

Did you work and file taxes in 2011? If you filed, get a transcript from the IRS or send a complete copy of your return that includes the 1040, all schedules, attachments and W-2s and/or 1099s. Basically you need everything that would have been sent to the IRS when filing by mail. If you did not work or file taxes, then you need a statement as to why you did not legally have to file.

As long as your dad met the income requirement then you only need him.

You can only have 1 with the I-134. You will not be combining incomes between yours and your father's though. He needs to qualify on his own for his own household size plus your fiance.

Household size is counted as yourself, any spouse, dependent children and any other dependents claimed on your taxes. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

thank you . yeah i, not worried. so does it count if on who every lives in the house. or who he does his taxes with?? because that would only be him and my mom. but 5 of us live in one house.

No, household count is not based on whether or not you live with someone. You can live with someone and not be dependent on them at all. If your father does not claim anyone else as a dependent, then his household count would only be 3, himself, his wife and your fiance.
