I applied on march 19. NOI1 was March 26 and just yesterday i heard that they approved my i-130 which was after 5 months and 5 days. I think the estimate is correct for you, you should be able to hear something in early or mid november, there is possibility that you will hear something sooner, but don't count on it.

I think the estimate is correct for you, you should be able to hear something in early or mid november, there is possibility that you will hear something sooner, but don't count on it.

When ur file at VSC its hard to tell when u will get approved. It seems that they are so disorganized. I have ppl i know that have noa1 dates of 2/29 and still waiting for noa2. Then I know ppl that have noa1 dates in April and they are approved already. Something needs to be done with them and the way they playing with ppls lives.I wish u much luck on ur journey!

The estimate keeps changing because it is based off of when other people get their approvals. So, as they lag behind your estimated date will get push forward, and as they seem to move faster on applications your estimated time will get closer.

It just sucks! They need to either be as fast as other service centers or other servce centers need to be just as slow...! I'm sorry I'm just frustrated. It's not fair for people to be waiting this long and people who have filed after them are getting approved first.
