packet received on 9/20/12 at 14:03 at VT location

When I go onto USCIS website and check my case status by entering the 13 digit receipt number, it says:

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

Anyone have a clue what's going on? :wacko:

i should mention that ROC packet was sent to Vermont on 9/17/12 and NOA1 was 9/20/12 - so ITALIANINTEXAS and I are in the same boat. But I am still waiting for my Bio letter. Hopefully it will also come soon, but I'm in Dallas.... and hopefully my case status will then be available once the appt has been scheduled! :)

The tracking number comes in the Bio-metric letter. The case no on NOA is not your tracking number.

hi,

we received our NOA today and it said that the green card is extended for 1 year and then i said "if you have not already done so, please submit the following:

bank statment, lease, etc.

So we are confused. Are they asking us to submit these extra things or is this a standard letter??

LOL I called the misinformation line because last time I did so I got my NOA the very next day. Let's see if this lucky trend continues with my biometrics appointment letter. Of course they told me to wait another 30 days from today, like I would have another option. :bonk:

LOL I called the misinformation line because last time I did so I got my NOA the very next day. Let's see if this lucky trend continues with my biometrics appointment letter. Of course they told me to wait another 30 days from today, like I would have another option. :bonk:

No biometrics yet, my lucky trend didn't continue. I just hope the letter didn't get lost in the mail.
