In most states 3 DUI's is a felony (3 strikes law) but it sounds like they just want to know the circumstances of your convictions. I would say call and ask. Could'nt hurt.

If you have 3 DUIs then obviously you already have a problem.

Are you basing this on experience, or just bashing?

Three alcohol/substance convictions is not a show stopper, give them exactly what they ask for in the RFE........being fairly recent may pose some question at the interview, I would bring some back up to your sobriety if it were me.
