Yesterday my online status changed to being scheduled for interview so should be receiving my letter in the next couple of days! :) I will keep all updated for what the day will be! I am shocked I have already been scheduled for Atlanta, GA office.

K-1 visa issued: 12/15/2006

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

I'm shocked too - I filed in Atlanta DO on June 29... still in line as of now, been in line for scheduling since 7/30.

Congratulations to you :) I'm a little bit jealous! :)

Question - does your application have a military affiliation? I've seen someone else breeze through quickly - she had more than 5 years LPR but is married to a member of the military.

Just curious ;)

Grasshopr - Yeesh that is a really long time :/ I am so sorry youve been waiting this long!! I feel really bad now... lol I hope yours comes through soon!

As far as info about me... Ive been a LPR for over 5 years, filing under those conditions.... even though been married to same USC. No kids, no dependents of any kinds and no prior marriages for either of us. My husband is active duty Army stationed at Ft. Benning, GA so I don't know if that has something to do with anything but I did NOT file under the military ruling.

Don't feel bad... I was just funning. The "jealous" bit is with a smile too - I'm glad some folks are getting through - there seems to be quite a log jam for May-June-July filers.

My friend who filed the same time as me, through the Nebraska filing office (she's in GA too), is already done, passport received and she even got her first summons to juror! She did file through the military channels.

If you didn't - then that's odd ;) I see someone on trackitt who filed 9/22 got IL this week too. Took them all of 23 days from filing to IL, and interview within 60 days.

I'm on day 110 and counting :)

My case did get transferred to nebraska right off the bat so perhaps I am still ring treated under the military ruling anyway? Would be interesting to see. In curious to see what timeframe this interview will be!

Interesting - yes if it went through Nebraska that's probably why. My friend filed right to Nebraska and she whipped through the process in 85 days.

Hi RRK

I have included your case the spread sheet on your behalf. You should be able to edit the contents yourself in future. Read the initial posting.

By the way, I am one week behind you in PD, one day ahead in the Anniversary day, with AZ processing center and DO in AK.

It will be very interesting to compare our timeline as it advances.

My good guess will be to receive IL in the 3rd week of Nov and interview one month thereafter.

I read somewhere, the processing has slowed down because of the 82,000 amnesty applicants for AOS.

I won't be surprised if I do not see any LUD on the USCIS website in coming weeks.

Coho, thank you for adding and your response. Yes, I have noticed that it's been taking full 5 months and than some more for some applicants lately. Well, we cannot do anything but wait :unsure: good luck!
