I have spoke to her and we are now communicating via e mail.

They indeed did the 221g with their case going back to USCIS.

Oh Zena, I am more than sad reading this. I see you are talking with Chi, and that is very good. I have also sent you a PM with very important information.

Insh'allah your senator can assist in getting them to review this before it is returned to the US. Please know you are not alone at all. There are many of us who are and have gone through this with Casa and we are here to help you and Rachid.

It is not good news I am afraid, he got the 221g petition is being returned to the US, I have already contacted the sentators office, and I am going to try to go back to the embassy to try and talk to someone. He had the blond haired lady, he said she denied eveyone except one old lady for a visitor visa. She interviewed him for 30 minutes hard questioning but he answered them all and showed her the proof, plus she knew I was there. We really don't know he was not approved.

wow Zena. I am so sad for you. I know you have a lot of support and I know you will get resolution. I do hope that you will post later when you feel like so that those of us with pending interviews can adapt as needed. I'm getting nervous myself with these denials.
