You need to be more specific. There are many violations. Is it regarding your K-1?

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

There are different types of laws, criminal, immigration, etc

Immigration laws as in most laws are very broad.

If this is on a denial notice from a CO, it may simply means that one has been found to have committed or about to commit an offense such as marrying solely for immigration purposes.

It is a violation of any of these which is under Title 8 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Enjoy the read.
