Have you guys ever used the E-Census service of NSO Philippines for another copy of Birth or Marriage Certificates? We needed another set instead of photocopy from a Xerox machine. It says they'll deliver it to your homes within few days. Here's the link to the site:

Yes, we have. It's good if you have all the time in the world to wait for mail delivery, say two weeks. It is also more expensive but if you consider your gas/transportation expenses plus money for snacks, etc. It's almost even plus you don't waste any time falling in long lines waiting for your NSO documents.

I say go for it if you have two or more weeks to spare.

Yeah we have at least 6 weeks now before his interview date. I will need to get one for me too, so I will only need an Auth Letter and copy of my ID or passport right and have fiance receive it? Thanks!

I use that service all the time. I hate to waste a whole day standing in line, that's why I don't mind the extra cost. Delivers to Cebu within 2 weeks.

10/01/11 - Filed (2) I-130's

10/04/11 - NOA-1

04/05/12 - NOA-2

Your I-130 was approved in 184 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

04/23/12 - NVC received both cases (18 days/12 business days from NOA-2)

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

05/11/12 - Spouse's IV fee invoiced

We'll I'm in California and I don't have the payment options they're offering. If the requester's from outside PH then we can't use CC. Fiance only has BPI account. Uhmm FAIL!

I don't know if this is available in all SM Malls..but this one is the best option to me since i can't use the E-census, instead of going to NSO Office (or something) and experience that long line and long waiting (that I hate) SM Mall here in Las Piñas have this Business Service Center where you can pay bills etc. they have this government service too where you can pay to them to process your nso birth cert. and cenomar (you can get it after 1 to 2 weeks)then they gonna give you a release date (I got mine after 1 week Birth Cert and Cenomar)where you can picked up inside the mall too so no long line for me which is great.. :)
