That should be the Notice Date on the I-797 (1st Notice of Action) you've received when you've submitted your I-129F application. Check out this link:

we're tryin to set an appointment but they'd ask for the "priority date"

Your priority date is the date USCIS has received your I129 or I130 petition. This is your NOA1 form. This is the prime basis for your "number" in the immigration business.

Mine's 5-15-2012, the date USCIS accepted my application and began processing of my documents for petition.
