use this link. It happened to me. My GC was due expiry 11.22.12.

I thought my 90 day window opened on 08.22.12.

Got my packet ready and sent it out on 08.20.12, thinking that USCIS (@California) would get it after 08.22.12 (from Honolulu)

and to my 'over zealous' self, my packet came back on 08.27.12 with a cover letter that read that I had submitted it too early... USCIS, CA received it on 08.23.12.

I researched online, and found I was off by a few days. My 90 day window opened on 08.24.12.

I was so greatly mad at myself... so greatly mad...

will send today, 082812, which is the 86th day.
