The I-129F....form...shows about 10 boxes to put the number of my Fiance's Tourist Visa in. But on her Visa the I-94 number starts with three letters followed by 5 numbers....how should this number be inputted on the form? Does the I-94 number that she received on her Visa have to fill all of the boxes on the I-129f form?

One thing is the I-94 number and another is the B2 Visa number.

Are you filling out the I-129f and your fiancee is here with you in the US? Is that why you are trying to figure this information out?

If this is the case, and you are completing question 12 on the i-129f form, you can use this sample to guide yourself http://www.visajourn...Form-I-129F.pdf (the number you need to list is the I-194 number, not the B2 number)

Here are sample pictures of the I-94 http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=5

Yes, my fiance is here on a tourist visa...the I-129f form has a question asking that the I-94 number of her Tourist Visa is listed along with her need to return date. We found a number on her Tourist Visa that does not fit into the boxes alloted on the I-129f form. Perhaps there is another number in the tourist Visa that is the one they are asking for...the number we found begins with three letters followed by 4 or 5 numbers....thanks for your help. Sorry for the stupid question. :- )

Yeah, since I was here when my fiance filed the petition, I knew where you were coming from cool.gif

Congratulations on the engagement! Congratulations on filing! Enjoy your time together and remember to follow the guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide to make sure you don't miss a thing good.gif

At the top of the page, you also have sample forms http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

If you have any more questions before sending it out, be sure to come back and ask away... but if you follow the guide, you'll be fine
