I'm not sure if this is a correct forum for my question but here it goes: my wife filled I-130 form on my behalf and we have send it to USCIS PO Box Chicago, IL 60680-4170. During my emigration court hearing I was told by DHS attorney that our I-130 was approved and we can proceed to the next stage but we have never received this approval in writting by post.

Who do we have to contact to have our I-130 approval form send to us?

Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi There,

If you still have your USCIS receipt number (it should be in I-797, Notice of Action form that USCIS sent to you), you can check your case online whether your I-130 was actually approved at: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do. You can ask your lawyer for that receipt number.
