Sending Paystubs with AOS Packet...missing April 2012

Hi all,

I'm a teacher and have been with the same district for 4 years. In my AOS packet, I have included my IRS transcripts for the past 3 years (2009, 2010, 2011), my offer of employment for the 2012-2013 school year and all my pay slips for 2012, except for April 2012 because I can't find it for the life of me! Do you think there will be any issue with this missing pay slip? I've contacted my district but they cannot get duplicate copies of pay stubs for me (just a printout of my pay for that month, but it doesn't look like a pay stub). I'm hoping it'll be OK because all of my pay slips show the same income from Jan 2012-Aug 2012. I also thought that since my income in well above the poverty level for my household size that I will be sending in enough evidence. I definitely don't want to get an RFE over one silly pay slip so just wanted to see what everyone here thought on the situation. Please let me know what you think. Thanks all! :)

07/29/14: Check for application & biometrics cleared bank

If your paystub has year to date (how much you made, deductions) you only need to send the most current. Not every stub for the year.

Another thing, my pay slips from June, July, and August also reflect my name change to my husband's name. All my I-130 paperwork and NVC paperwork still say my maiden name on them. Will this cause an issue at all?

Hello,

What y can do is to write a letter to confirm y misplace the payslip and then print a copy of ur bk statement with yr name on it.

Enlight yr salary and Iam hoping yr employer is stipulate on it.

It always work.

If you send one month of pay stubs is enough....I got a RFE for not sending and I called NVC the told me that just one pay stub was enough!
