I am submitting our I129F documents on August 27th 2012 but the G325 Form says it expires on August 31st 2012. Can I still use this form to submit for our visa request?

As long as the date is valid when you submit in the mail, it should not be a problem.

The newest form on the USCIS website expires August 31st 2012. I just had my girlfriend sign the form and don't want there to be any delays for an expired form. What do you suggest? I plan on mailing the form the first week into September.

They would need to adopt a newer version in order to make the current one obsolete. Also, if you check the link below, you will see that for form G325 they also accept the previous versions.

Awesome! Thanks for the help I truly appreciate it. This is the first time I'm getting into this whole I129 form submission to get my K1 Visa thing and I want to make sure everything is done right the first time. It says on the USCIS website to send it into the Dallas Dropbox Location. Is that where everyone should send it in within the US or how do I know where to send it?

Read the I129F instructions, they will tell you where to send the package.

Read here

The best thing you can do is to read, read, read, follow the directions of the forms, and utilize the guides here on VJ. This is what we did and we were fine.

If you have any questions later about the K1 interview in Rio, please see our review of the consulate.

Boa Sorte!!!!
