Hey Guys,

So with the DS-156K form, it says on the bottom of it that we must provide certain documents (like birth certificate, police certificate, evidence of engagement, etc) with this form, but I've read that you DO NOT send any documents until your actually interview.

Please help, we want to get these forms mailed by tomorrow morning. Thanks so much! :help:

It depends on the consulate. The Philippines uses DS-156K too, but we bring everything to the embassy on day of interview. Do you have the packet instructions from the embassy yet?
