My fiance lives and renting an apartment near to his job in MO. His owned house is in KS and also his driver license. Which address should he use for the application is it the apartment address where i sent postcards and letters or where his house is? Thank you.

Either or is fine. I own a house in NC, but I am renting it out now because I am working in Afghanistan. So I just used my parents address. So the apartment address should be fine.
