That's excellent news. Just wish California would process a few more. We filed two weeks before you and not a thing! :(

We are three weeks before you and haven't heard anything either. Multiple service requests and even a congressional inquiry and still nothing. Filing expedite soon and also contacting senators.

I can't believe you guys are still waiting. This whole process needs looking at, it's a shambles. Wish you guys all the best!

I guess you got lucky. My file shows it was touched 10th August, three days after the NOA1. Absolutely nothing since then.

Right now my fiance is working on the veg garden on the ranch that we are going to be building up together. The calves are coming in about 2 weeks and my heard of pygmy goats is now at 6 and I have only been able to see pictures. He will be starting haying soon too. It's a lot for him to do on his own, I was supposed to be there to help in June but now looks like he will be working all summer without my help :(

I wouldn't give up hope on June. As long as you have everything ready to go when your case hits London, you may give yourself a chance. You can't be far off getting your NOA2 now.

We are bringing up the rear of the August filers so we are a bunch of days behind the the August filers up ahead but nevertheless this wait has hit us like a ton of bricks. Right now I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. I got a text message last Wednesday. I prayed before I checked the message on my mobile. The message was from the USCIS. The message said your case WAC1290XXXXXX has been updated. Please go to the website to find the details. I was frozen, I broke out in a cold sweat. You see two days earlier I put in a change of address. I was told that my I would receive a txt message in 30 - 45 days that my case has been updated. So there I was afraid to check the status of my case. Could it be the NOA2 or would it be the address change. For the moment there was hope. But only for the moment for when I checked my case status I was still in initial review, my address was updated. :crying: :crying: :crying:

Hello August filers, how's everyone?, just got time to visit my vj family. Here's the update with our RFE:

Received 2 RFE notification,Feb.20 and 25,requesting initial evidence. If i hadn't read about this "twice notice thing" i would've freaked out, thanks to some VJ's post, it turned out to be just one RFE. Maybe sometimes there's delay at USCIS in sending mail, they change its date on the day they finally mailed it. We received the hard copy after 3 days from the last notice. We missed couple of thing. Missed one question on I129F and the weird thing is they were asking both our intent letters too ( which is already included in sending I129F petition). Good thing is we still have a copy, in fact i made 2 original copy with my signature on it. But as what all VJrs would always say " just give everything they want" so no questions there. True,. it is really advisable to keep an exact copies of what you have forwarded.Sometimes there are docs that are destined to be lost at the USCIS.

Well looking at the lack of CSC NOA2's I am kinda expecting another 4 to 6 weeks before we hear anything judging by how slow things are right now. I sincerely hope I am wrong. I can't sleep, can't concentrate on anything, the kids are now saying we will never be going. It's tough waiting.
