Seems to be a common theme on here...I just joined 2 days ago with the same problem...but my application was received by them on February 9 and I still have not received an answer. What I can tell you is that the people on this site have made my attitude much better in the very brief 2 days that I have been on here. There is a ton of information on this site...so keep your head up, as it seems from some of the trend charts that activity in the VSC has picked up recently.

You probably have another month or two before you get your NOA2. Vermont is going really slow. It's totally maddening.

Hey Everybody can anyone here pleaz tell wat happen to the vermont uscis cuz since march i filled.

I am a February Filler and I am still waitinf for NOA2 (NOA1 Received on 02/08/12), they are very low, I will wait this and next week, then I am going to start to call them avery day...Is my rigth...

Do you think they could be working on the illegal aliens the President promised to make legal in time to vote?

Off topic, but no. To clarify...the act is not to give them citizenship, only to put them into a deferred action status for 2 years (thus giving them a legal status from illegal status). Being legal does not equal being able to vote. It's a moot point to get their applications in and approved before election time. Some people however believe that the action was intended to sway the largely hispanic voting population (citizens) toward the Obama administration.

Back to topic...K-1s have been running behind for a couple of years now. I'm sure it's simply a matter of "do more with less" which seems to be a common practice here in the states with larger corporations to keep their eye on the bottom line.

Total elapsed time between filing I-129F to GC in hand 569 days or 1 Year, 6 months, 22 days.

It takes a very long time. Look up your state senator.
