Hello All,

I just received back the letter from NVC. It says the immigration visa petitiion for my wife has become eligible for further processing at the NVC.

I am lost as to the next steps in the process.

Form says I have to send $$ for Affadavit Supoort fee. Easy enough

Do i need to include anything else????

Thanks

Juan

You must be speaking of the letter that basically is telling you you have been received at NVC and your new case#. Do you know what all documents you need for Affidavet of support and than the IV Bill which is $230 will come soon as you send your DS-3032 .

Please go to the NVC August filers thread http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/380887-nvc-filers-august-2012/ and read the first two post. If you haven't got all your documents together now is the time to and read so you don't get any RFE. Than come back and ask away on that thread they are there to help you. And here also.
