My babe called DOS today and they have told your interview is scheduled on Sept 10th. And the packet 4 is on way.

I am so happy. Good reason for happy weekend.......

I know September 10th is a long way but its good to be pro-active.

Did u recieved Packet 3 or did u get to know through DOS ?

A Heads up Since its mumbai consulate , wait for a week and then start emailing Mumbai consulate through VFS for a duplicate Appointment Letter.

Thanks... Hey I asked my fiancée and she told hold time was "not more than a minute"(isn't she is lucky?).... Keep calling DOS only and u will get a prompt answer. I called VFS Mumbai and email but no help..

Thanks.. I have not received packet 3. Instead of that I waited 21 days after noa2 and sent the packet 3 via email (timeline) and called DOS today. I am definitely going to email them for duplicate appointment letter because they are not going to send P4 :thumbs:

when did you receive packet 3 ? did you call to Mumbai embassy to mail you packet 3?

Have you posted this in the correct forum? This forum is for Naturalization issues.

I didn't get my packet 3. I just sent the packet 3 docs through email. Thought, it's been 21 days and lets try. So eventually it worked and they scheduled interview. Better you too do not wait just go ahead yourself.

you sent Packet 3 after you found out that your file have been received by Mumbai Consulate am i right? did you already prepare form i-134 and intend of letter which is addressing to Mumbai consulate? i am waiting for my file to get thru NVC once i know that Mumbai Con received my file i will send out Packet 3 ( am not gonna wait anymore)

Hey, i sen't DS-230(1&2) and DS-156 and 2 photographs.

I just waited for 21 days. I didn't know that my packet was reached Mumbai. But still sent these forms.
