Hi To All-

New members Paul and Jessa, beginning to gather our info and learning more about process thanks to the nice members here, thankyou.Intial question is I(Petitioner) live in Michigan, when click the icon for seeing where to send our 129-F it shows the Dallas Lockbox address but never asks where i live.I only see the Service Centers in Vermont,California and Texas discussed here....at this time its more a curiousity question-where do I send our K1 packet when its time? Also see warnings to make sure using latest forms, how often are the forms changed?Would like to start knocking out some but wont be mailing right away because waiting on additional documnets. The forms seem to have been revised back in '07,'10 if thats what (Rev.'07,Rev.'10) means next to specific download forms page. Thanks all and nice to meet you-Regards,Paul and Jessa

you send it to the address in the I-129F instructions. It is then assigned to a service center. The forms at this link are the latest. USCIS site

Good luck

All I-129f petitions are sent to the Dallas Lockbox. Based on your address in your petition, they will send it to the corresponding service center and you will receive an NOA1 with a receipt number stating which service center yours was sent to.

Also want to add that there are only 2 service centers that are processing I-129f petitions: California and Vermont. The Texas Service Center doesn't handle these petitions.

You will mail it to dallas, thats where they all go. Then once in dallas they will send it either to vermont or california. You will then get a letter (noa1) telling you where your application is at.

On the top right hand of the application there is date. If you print your forms from USCIS website its most current I know the form on the VJ guide doesnt have the most current form but they accept it.
