Not really especially that you have other evidence showing you are together. Keep your boarding passes since that shows that you actually boarded the plane.

Yep. For the petition, the evidence of meeting in person within 2 years from the filing date is what IS important and looked for. Anything that shows visits to the country: photos of you together, passport stamps, boarding passes, various receipts, flight itineraries etc. These are necessary things to fulfill the requirement. Text messages, emails, call logs, letters, etc. are all good evidence indicating an ongoing relationship which you will need to prove at the interview. Some include a little with the petition, and this is known as "front loading". However, it is not a requirement to be met for a petition approval.
