Hi all,

We are filling out the DS-230 right now. Under question 35 I have to list dates of all my previous visits to the United States.

1. I only have my current passport, the older ones I don't ave anymore, so I can only estimate when I went and from when to when.

2. Does this include all transits?

3. What is this used for?

Please let me know if anyone has previous experience with this.

08/01/2012 Beneficiary received DS-3032 form via email

08/02/2012 AOS bill shows paid

08/03/2012 AOS package sent via FedEx

08/03/2012 Email acceptance of DS-3032 from NVC

08/06/2012 IV Bill received

08/06/2012 IV bill paid

08/06/2012 AOS package received

08/07/2012 IV bill shows paid

08/09/2012 IV package sent

It is mostly used for data collection but can also be used to see if you are trying to hide a denial of entry or whatever.

I would list transits

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

By transits do you mean like connecting flights or layovers? If so, I dont thing they are necessary. List actual "visits" where you were stamped into the country and went through immigrations. I agree with the above, its to see if your hiding a denied entry or overstay, but mainly for general info. For the trips on previous passports just be as accurate as you can :thumbs:

07-03-2008 Moved in together

03-01-2011 Married;)

04-21-2011 Sent I-130

04-26-2011 Delivered 1:35p

04-28-2011 NOA1 E-mail, off to CSC

05-02-2011 NOA1 Hard copy, Priority date 4-28-2001

07-14-2011 NOA2 E-mail

I-130 Approved in 11 weeks!!!:)

***A break from paperwork, not quite ready to move to US, together in Buenos Aires and loving married life:))))

NVC JOURNEY

08-01-2011 Case recieved by NVC

04-19-2012 Paid IV and AOS fees online, PROCESSING

04-23-2012 AOS and IV status PAID

07-12-2012 Sent IV packet from Argentina FINALLY:))

07-18-2012 Sent my AOS packet to joint sponsor in US to attach her I-184

07-23-2012 IV Packet arrives at NVC!!!

07-31-2012 Called NVC and received e-mail, IV processed:))

08-07-2012 AOS overnighted via FED EX

08-08-2012 NVC receives AOS

08-14-2012 CASE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!
