Its going great actually! Thanks for asking! I am down 27 pounds and my cardio is through the roof. The first week of Insanity is the hardest week you will ever go through, but it definitely gets better after the first week. It took me the first month to finally be able to do the entire workout without pausing it to rest longer. The first week, i honestly felt like i wasn't going to make it, but once the second week started i noticed immediately how quickly my cardio came around. I was able to complete the warm up on the second week. The warm up is 12 minutes long and it is tough as nails. I definitely recommend pausing the video inbetween intervals for longer than 30 seconds your first week or two. During the interval, your heart rate will be maxed out if you are going 100%, so take longer than 30 seconds and let it come down to a level that allows you to catch your breath. Make sure you follow the diet to the letter. Your success on it will greatly depend on both sides, the workout and the diet. But you will start feeling more healthy and in better shape after the first few days! It works quickly!

offtopic45vn.gif just for fun... does your wife talk to you in Bisaya and then after a moment of confusion laugh?

My wife speaks Waray! and sometimes she will speak it to me on accident! She knows not to speak Tagalog around me and her cousin because i have learned alot of it. She knows i will catch on to what she is saying and bust her!

Wish I could have a voice recognition translator on cell phone when she chats with friends and family...but not paranoid she talking about me! She accidently texted me a message for her friend and I had to ask my Filipino friend at work what it said!
