Called NVC a few minutes ago and was told that, as of today, our case is complete!!! Yay!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: Thanks and praise be to God, we're soooooo happy!!! Finally after months of waiting, we're on the last couple of steps towards the completion of our visa journey and starting our life together here in the US. Thanks to all VJ'ers :) woohoo!!!

07/02/2015 - Received I-797 Letter (Notice Of Action)

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/31/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)

I called NVC last night as well and was told my case is COMPLETE. Me and my hubby were kind of happy, we are in our 4th month going through NVC process, CRAZY LONG. It took USCIS 2 months to send our petition to NVC after it was approved. So then NVC was like, sorry, we can't schedule an interview for you in August, call back in 2 weeks, we might have it then for september. Grrrrrrrrr!
