Pathan:

I'm 38, and my wife is 47. And about the form G325B, is giving me headaches because, other person told me to put n/a but the thing is I'm not sure is that part of that section it has to be written for me, because on the part that I am all confuse it says "ANOTHER AGENCY", and below that I wan to know if that is for me or for them to do it. You have to take a look of that form, it is very confused.

And I forgot to mention that I got until the 23, august to sent those documents that they are asking for, only the G325G is stressing me out. I got all the documents but, that form is kind of confusing, I'll even get an infopass appointment to talk to an IO and ask them how to do that part if I don't get any help on this matter. I thought about an inmigration lawyer too, but I don't want to take to that step yet.

I do not see any wholes in the documents you submitted, the only two things that might made her achy, is that you turned her ON when you commented that the document should be enough (I would not feel comfortable to hear it as well), and she wanted to bother you with that since there are no other reason for asking these doucments from you.

The other thing is you came on a tourist visa, even though its too way beyond required to investigate your relationship, but you came here as a tourist, got married and obtained GC, they dont like that since in their eyes you came here, found a chance to be a resident, you took it..........I am NOT saying you did not enter your relation in good faith, I am putting my self in her place :)

Do not bother your self, get an infopass, get it straight , send what she want. The way I see it, she approved you, but giving you a hard time.

The best way to avoid this sort of interview issue is to submit everything and anything you can think of with the N-400. That's what I did and then brought more up to date stuff for the interview. My IO told me it wasn't necessary and that he already had everything needed from the N-400 that I sent in.

He then processed to let me know that I actually didn't have to send in all the stuff I did, but that it was highly appreciated and that a lot of people he said send in far too little and that causes issues in the interview such as what you experienced. So good advice is to send in as much as you can with the N-400 and then just updated stuff at the interview and you shouldn't have any issues as they've then had time to look over everything you sent with the N-400 before the interview, rather than during it...

Sara, I thought the more evidence you have on both name, no matter if you have 2 banks accounts it's the best. It could be that but, both bank accounts got my name and my wife's name.

it was because when you said you thought the more the better dont get me wrong everyone does as much as they can but sometimes too much verbal information with out being asked can make them stop and think .........my opinion they do not think on their own they follow a script if you take their mind off of it.... it short circuits  their brain

no_where_man:

I did that comment to the IO when she did said you have 2 banks accounts, and I said the more the best, an all that chitt chatt was after she asked questions about my wife. And the issue about the tourist visa, I don't think it goes that way, because what person didn't stay over with a tourist visa ? and got the citizenship?, I did an infopass appointment about that form, it's in 10 days. She gave a hard time like you said.

After I send the documents that she asked me, I'll have an idea, I intended to sent all that after the infopass app.

Respond to the RFE and send the docs, info pass might help, can hurt. Good Luck.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

As far as the I-325B and the military questions....

The form says, "If serving or ever served in the Armed Forces of the United States" , then you would complete those fields.

I'm assuming you have never served and suggest you put N/A in the Branch of Service field. No other fields would be completed, i.e. leave page 2 blank.

The "Other Agency" if for applicants that have served in the Armed Forces and their respective Agency would complete that section.

Best of luck to you

so, I smell 2 red flags, unsure how all was reviewed or discretion on prior VOs used.

but. . .

great disparity of age difference on you and your USCitizen Spouse and

you came in on a tourist visa...

I'm gonna read yer last post in a moment - hopefully it's good news !
