Hello again,

After getting fantastic advice from many members on this site i think i have a time line where i can get most things done in a month.

As some may have seen me post before, i am based in Baghdad and have applied for a K1. We recieved notice in Cali that we are good to go(NAO2?). I get back to the UK for a month starting at the begining of September. Within this month i hope to get my Police check, pack 3 sent, medical and send off my cover letter and 2001?.

My plan! get back to the UK on the 4th Sept already with the police check paper work and pack 3 complete, send it away on the 5th and request the 2 day turn around police check. Then book my medical for around the 25th Sept, then on the 26th send away a cover letter asking for my interview to be at the end of November as thats whn i am finished in Baghdad and we hope to get married in Portland Oregon on the 4th Jan.

Ok, does this sound right or is my plan full of flaws?

I'd look at the timelines of other members and base your expectations on them.

There seems to be quite a wait on medicals at the moment. I got a cancellation (it was originally a week later) but as of today, the earliest appointment they had was 4th September. So maybe something to plan ahead there.
