I have an NOA1 date of 3/26/12 with the VSC. I've been reading that VSC seems to be backed up and am being patient. 8/26/12 will be the 5 month they said they will have it processed in and I've seen some post about placing a 'service request' to find out more information. Can anyone provide information on to what this is? :thumbs:
