So let me get this straight, I cant move in if the income dont reach at least 23000 but i can claim in another person who has that income.. lets say i find another sponsor, how about a friend who can support me and reach that income, although that would mean i wont be moving in with my wife but i'll be living with that friend (sponsor), so as a married spouse they would approve it because i am married to a us citizen and because my sponsor, even though is not related to my wife, can support me? Right?

No no. I know this is confusing (I swear we should all get degrees when we are done). You don't have to live with the sponsor. It can be anyone who is a US citizen residing in the US. In a different state whatever. Friend, enemt, family no matter someone willing to sponsor you and meet the guideline finacially. thats all.

You and wife can live anywahere you choose.

okay that makes sense now lol, because it would nearly be impossible its her grandma i dont't think she would be able to support me too.. gosh i wish i had the money to buy a huge house over there, hoping tonight I'll win the lottery? lol

Your co sponsor can be any member of her family or friends in USA, and you don't have to live with them. If you find another sponsor and the individual has 3,4,5 dependents the amount required will be different.

Got it. One more question does she have to get any visa to stay here after we get married here in Italy? Like let's say we get married and decide to wait for the whole process to go through can she live here with me without any visa? I mean I don't want any problems during the whole process and during the interview

You will need to ask for residency for her in Italy. She can (as far as I know) be there 3 months as a tourist, after that time is up, she needs some kind of paperwork. You will have to look into italian laws for that. Maybe someone here is italian and knows that already, but generally that kind of info is not available here.

You would have to check with yoru country. Thats Italy. I think its Visa free for Americans.
