Does all evidence have to be supplied in paper form??

Hmm, I guess the risk there is if they're hesitant to insert the CD into one of their computers for fear of viruses, etc. Perhaps send the CD and paper copies as a backup...

They won't review CDs. Send paper.

Curious--how much evidence was sent with your I-129F petition? I know you said earlier you had sent photos. Had you visited each other in person much? Did you include a lot of relationship evidence before? It's so weird you were singled out for evidence, but maybe this lady in glasses is new and is a tough one.

I don't think you should give notice until you have the visa in hand. What if you ended up in AP for months? Wouldnt you need to keep earning money while you waited? Being British born, it's unlikely but you never know.

my work have been pretty good with all this. my boss will write me a letter just so that I have one. plus i am not moving until mid december. my interview should be early september.

I read somewhere that some people have had their parents write letters stating their support and belief in the relationship, etc... Has anyone heard of/done this? Do you think it would add to the "Proof of Relationship"?

I am getting a bit worried because we do everything on Skype and texting, we haven't sent each other cards or letters, no phone bills or calling cards... We will have an extensive Skype Log, Emails, Text Messages and A Lot of pictures... I am wondering if the letter from the parents could help...

Any thoughts?

Not an issue for London.

I think each case is different, I wasn't asked for any extra evidence. I took with me skype chat logs, photo albums, cards and boarding passes. I had the same interviewer as stu4lee and all she asked me was 'when was the last time we saw each other' Ofcourse I had my fiance at the interview and in the 2 and a half years we've been together, I've been there 5 times and he here 3 times.

All I can advise is go prepared, but you might not be asked for any of it! :)

Not an issue for London.

Did you really just reply to the thread title without even reading the first post?

Mind-boggling.

It used to not be an issue, but obviously things changed.. I wonder if this has anything to do with the UK immigration rules, as more people will now find it easier to move to the US then the UK. I don't think it's something to worry about just so you go prepared, before now not many people were asked for proof of relationship.
