I've been looking over your site trying to find the answers to some of my questions and haven't had any luck. I'm sure it's been answered before and I've probably overlooked it.

My fiance has 5 children, and the petition pdf form that I'm supposed to print and use only has spaces to list 3 children. I guess what I'm looking for is a number to call to have some more appropriate forms sent to me.

Thanks for any help.

You don't need a different form. Just write the information about your fiance's children on a separate piece of paper, with the number of the question at the top. On the form itself, write "SEE ATTACHED: SUPPLEMENTAL QUESTION 13, CHILDREN OF ALIEN FIANCE"

theres so much that goes into this. i've now just read somewhere that when the father signs over permission for her to bring the kids that we need a copy of his passport or driver's license to verify the signature?

the father has neither of these things. is this not true, or could there be another way around it?
