Hey everyone, please bear with me I'm fairly confused about this whole process. Sooo I'm the petitioner, my husband is the beneficiary we are applying for a CR-1 Visa. I live in New York and he lives in Dominican Republic. We've already filed an I-130 and received NOA1 and NOA2. I called the NVC today and we finally received a case number. I also provided them with email addresses for the both of us. What I'm confused about is the next step. I've read on some forums about paying a fee.

What is the fee and when should I pay it?

Do I have to wait for a letter or email to do so or should I email them to speed up the process?

Should I do certain things ahead of time?

Whats all this DS-3032 business all about?

What's the purpose of it and when should I fill it out?

What's the usual wait time before the NVC sends out my package to the corresponding embassy?

Please let me know if there is any additional information I need to provide to get these questions answered. I'm so anxious to get this all over with and have him here with me. Thanks to all in advance :)
