I RECEIVED AN RFE BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN MARRIED TWICE PREVIOUSLY AND I DIDNT SEND IN EVIDENCE OF MY FIRST DIVORCE BECAUSE I ASSUMED THAT THEY WOULD RECOGNIZE THAT I WOULDVE HAD TO BE DIVORCED FROM THE FIRST IN ORDER TO MARRY THE SECOND...WELL, I LEARNED NOT TO MAKE ASSUMPTIONS...SEND IN EVERYTHING POSSIBLE. ITS BETTER FOR THEM TO HAVE IT AND NOT NEED IT THAN TO NEED IT AND NOT HAVE IT. I SENT THAT INFORMATION OVER NIGHT, HOWEVER, IT SET US BACK ANOTHER 60 DAYS. THIS IS SUCH A LEARNING PROCESS. AND RIGHT NOW I AM THANKING GOD FOR ALLOWING ME STUMBLE UPON THIS SITE.. IT IS TRULY A BLESSING..MAY GOD'S RICHEST BLESSINGS REST WITH YOU.

I am so sorry about the caps. I do this a lot and I do get people who complain. So when you see my next post, just know that it was before I saw your response. As far as the RFE, it actually took about 57 days before we got a response from the USCIS.

Thanks for sharing your very useful information - I pondered this also but went ahead anyways and sent in all the info.

PS: I don't need to see your timeline nor am I bothered by all caps, the content is what's important.

I am happy that my information was useful. This is all new and tough to deal with. But I know that he is worth it. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. And GOD'S richest blessings to your and your family.
