My I-130 was approved on October 12th. Yippe!! I knew it was coming with the 2 touchs on the case status site. So Happy and it only took 55 days  It says to wait 90 days know until my hubby recieves something. Should I be looking at those shortcuts now? This is great news :dance::dance: I am dancing all around my house.

Nothing from the I-129F (K3) thats okay with me. :D

That's awesome!!!!!!!!!! Congrats, I think the 90 days thing is just a cover so they don't get a lot of phone calls, it seem likely you would get something in the mail before that :) Definitely take a look at the shortcuts, good luck with the rest of the process!!

congrats!

first congratulation dear (F)(F)(F)(F) ........and the date of entering of your case into NVC system is not predictable.....as my case was enterd within seven days....but my br-in-laws case had not yet been enterd....and 15 days passed after his NOA 2...........

so just wait and pray.........and by the way...we are not using james short cut for paying AOS bill.. but will send the choice of agent email........as i figured out that its safe to wait for AOS bill.....as once after we receives it we can scan the barcode and use it in the later shortcuts to send I-864 EZ as well as the DS-230 part 1.....

and it will not delay our process as the other route takes much longer time......and this AOS route is one step shorter...and so waiting for AOS bill to reach home is a safe bet for me.......

best wishes for your future visa journey

Congratulations! USCIS will forward your case to NVC and hopefully, NVC will assign a case number for your case within 1-2 weeks. Yes, the approval letter says, if 90 days have passed and blah blah...but it does not take a long time. Yes, you should try to be familiar with the NVC process and read the James' shortcut.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Thanks Simple male  . I had my husband fill out the DS-3032 form and he is mailing it to me on Monday. This is one of James Shortcuts. Then I make the bar code myself and paste it in and this works?? Is it safer to wait for the AOS fee bill or would it be okay to do the same thing. Make my own bar code and send it in? Has anyone every done this and did it work out fine? These are the next to steps right? Sorry for all the questions I just want to get the next part of this paper work started.
