applying new passport using married name

Hi again,.me and my fiance just got married and she will preparing applying new passport using my family name since we already married,..i am confused about the Marriage Certificate in SECPA :unsure:..? what we have now is Marriage Certificate from Local Civil registrar and after three weeks is the releasing of the CEMAR from the Main office of National Statistic office in Quezon City...my wife want to change all her ID with my name before she can change her passport,...my question is where is the exact location in manila to attain CFO to get certification to show in DFA?:help: please someone help me...thanks

You can complete the seminar at PRISM and then get the CFO sticker at the CFO main office. Or, you can complete the CFO seminar at St. Mary's and also get the CFO sticker there.

You can also complete the seminar and get the CFO sticker in Cebu.

The sticker is also available at NAIA.
