Me too. Its been forever ...i dont hve my case number yet. I guess we need a little more patience.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. So now I am 32 days since my NOA 2 and still no case number. They keep telling me to call back in 10-20 days. BUT i see many on here with NOA2 after me getting case number in 12 days....Happy for them, sad for me...some get case number in 12 days....some must wait 2 months!!!

I got mine exactly 15 working days after the date on my NOA2. Don't count weekends or any holidays (July 4th was another day delay for mine). And by all means, ask to speak to a supervisor. Tell the person who receives you call that you are not trying to be rude but that you have talked to many case workers and they are not able to tell you why you have not recieved your case number or invoice number and it has been well past...how many working days you count up.

Kill them with kindness!

i totally understand how you feel, its really frustrating i must say, and all you need to have is PATIENCE..... just like in the USCIS stage alot get approved before others and you wonder why is that..... i waited for 7months and 18 days to get my NOA2 it was really annoying to wait that long, while some people got approved in less than 3, 4 months........ now most people are waiting for NVC to get their case and issue them a case number, and my lovely friend DEBBIE is waiting too...... i pray y'all hear something by next week good.gif doing my dance moves for y'all

Hi Dana....If you remember me....we have exactly the same NOA2 date and exactly the same NVC receive date. I have been extremely kind and patient with all the NVC representatives up until this point. I know getting upset with them will not get me a case number, but kindness will not get me a case number also.

But I am very happy that you are almost finished at NVC...
