UCLAcutie - I'm keeping you and Juan in my prayers! I'm sure everything will turn out great! Try to keep yourself busy tomorrow so that the day flies by!

Finally some news for me! I got a message from CDJ today:

"We have received the file of XXXXXXXXX. A packet with information and instructions will be sent today to your address."

IV Section.

I'm afraid to be excited because I never know if what they say is true. I hope this is true... it must be - they have been sitting on the case for 2 months! They never answered my emails and only answered my fiance's emails saying that they still don't have the file. I also hope they really sent it TODAY. I can expect it at my address within a week right?

Thanks for all the support!

Hey cutie, remember how sick to my stomach I was over my fiance's interview? Really, there was NO need to worry. I know it's easier said than done, but try to remain calm. Long, warm bath, glass of wine and hopefully a good night of sleep. I'm sure he'll be fine and tomorrow we will all celebrate for you! :luv:

Agro, congrats, you're finally moving along! Give it a week or two for the packet to get to you . . .

Hi everyone,

I’m sure you understand what all my little happy faces mean: JUAN GOT HIS VISA.   Thanks kitkat, Lucy, Emma, Allie, Brenda, Agnieszka, each and everyone of you guys.

I don’t know many details, simply that he got it. I was starting to get very worried because it was past 5 o’clock (Juarez time) and no word from him. He finally called and told me that he got it. We only talked for about 5 minutes because he didn’t have much credit left on his cell phone and he still needed to call his mom to let her know. So I will have to get back to you guys with all the details when he heads back to Guadalajara on Thursday. He did tell me though that it was freezing cold over there and that it was raining. He said he arrived to the consulate at 6 AM and was out until 5:30 PM. He said that he was one of the last ones to leave the consulate. Oh yeah, he also told me that they questioned him twice. He said that the first person questioned him and then said, “Congrats and welcome to the USA” and then told him to wait for his visa. So then he waited for a while, was called, and thought he would receive his visa. Nope, it was more questions. That’s all the info. I got from him though, so I will have to report back to you guys when I get a detailed report from him.
