Ok, ya hice mi timeline....it does help to know that there are others out there going through the same thing...I'm still a bit nervous about going from El Paso to CJ when the time comes (I hope soon). I definitely want to be with my honey even if they don't let me in...and it is an excuse to see him.

Wow, thanks ucla_cutie! esta lista esta excelente :)

Ah! Y bienvenidas las nuevas integrantes del grupo :luv:

Here's my "life isn't fair" twist of the day. Stalked the mailman, as usual. Waited until he was finished. Saw a notice in my mailbox indicating I had received a package (I live in a condominium building and I have to go to the receiving room to pick up anything too big for the mailbox). Big smile on my face - after all, I haven't ordered anything recently and I have only been waiting/expecting/hoping for one damn package for the past 3+ weeks. Run to receiving room . . . it's a STUPID magazine that's too big to fit in the box. Prompty throw magazine in garbage can. :crying:

kitkat: any day now, any day. Just like E&K's approval came all of a sudden, your packet will arrive

E&K: I know we have the same approval date. When I got mine in the mail I had to read it over like 10 times to make sure it was an approval, I couldn't believe it since I had no updates or e-mails. There is definately something wrong with their online server or notification system, but who cares we got our approvals.

jessraul, Your petition was received in the NVC or at CDJ. It seems kind of quick, a little too quick for it to be at CDJ. Did you mean the NVC has it?

Hi Kitkat-

No, I mean CJ...although the approval was dated Oct.4, it apparently went to NVC before that...? I got the letter from NVC saying that they sent it out and I've called the consulate to verify that they have it...they said they received it on 10/06/06...

Ucla_cutie, I don't want to be an "aguafiestas" but... shoud we worry about USCIS not updating their system with our NOA2's? Are we supposed to follow up with them to make sure they do it?

I would hate it if we had problems or delays down the K1 or AOS road just because these "sonsos" didn't fix their system

Oh no, now you worried me. :( I don't know, should we? What do the rest of you guys think?

Maybe no because it seems to be a glitch with their system, I don't know though. I'm hoping it does get recorded somewhere that we received our NOA2, although it doesn't show up online in thier updates or emails we get.
