the information on the uscis website was updated yesterday. and it says that VSC is still on that 5 month time frame is that true. they seem super slow.. California is already in march..

I agree that they are super duper slow. I filed on 18th Jan 2012 and for my type of visa they say within 5 months...my file has finished 6 months and today is the 185th day and I am still waiting. I have put a service request as well; however, i recieved a reply that i will get either decision or another notice of action within next 60 days this is really very sad I am considering myself very unlucky that my file is at VSC and not at CSC.

ı came here to turkey on 29 of may and ı am here untıl aug 23 ı was hopıng the vısa would come the 5 month or before so ı can help my fıance do all the papers but ı dont thınk that wıll happen ıt made me sad.. sınce my fıances english ıs not perfect ı dont want hım to have a hard tıme doıng everythıng

My estimated NOA2 date on my timeline has been two weeks away for a month and a half. I was told current processing window is 6 months for VSC when I called.

California Service Center is not fast either. My case is with CSC with a priority date of 3 Jan 2012. Information on website still says they are processing the petitions within 5 months. It does not really matter which service center has your petition, you just need to be lucky and unfortunately we are not among the lucky bunch
