For the form on part 3, question 10.

"Is your spouse currently serving or working for the government outside the US?"

Does a deployment count as yes or no? And if so, are a copy of the deployment orders a sufficient explanation, if attached on a separate sheet?

Yes, you should attach a copy of his orders and write across the top of the I-751 'ACTIVE MILITARY'. Not sure if it will speed it up, but we'll see how mine goes as well. Best of luck.

Would you please let me know when you get something?

I'm so nervous since I read somewhere that they only expedite it if the service member is still here. And if they are already deployed, then the would suspend the application until they return. Makes no sense to me. Especially since the processing time is longer than the deployment...

I hope at least, they will give me a biometrics appointment without him being here.
