HI EVERYONE,I WANT TO ASK IF MAGIC JACK CALL RECORDS CAN BE USED AS EVIDENCE...MY FIANCEE SENT ME A MAGIC JACK AND IT LESS EXPENSIVE TO USE THAT TO CALL....WILL MY EMBASSY ACCEPT THE CALL LOGS BETWEEN MY FIANCEE AND I THROUGH THE USE OF MAGIC JACK OTHER THAN MY CELL PHONE RECORDS?HAS ANY ONE TRIED IT BEFORE?

To me, i think it does not really matter.This because , i sent a phone a card record from phone card company which is not a cell phone records and i think magic jack is even better than that but they accepted. They dont really care where it came from but rather showing a there was a legitimate records of communication activity.So i think you will be fine as far as you can get the record.

To print your call records, log into your magic jack account; under ACCOUNT tab select CONTACTS AND CALL LOGS. If u are using MagicJack Plus, make sure your device is connected directly to your computer when u make calls. call records don't show if you are connected to your wireless router/ power source. i learned that the hard way.

And of course print out your call records periodically because it the older logs disappear with time.

me and my husband used magic jack records. what we did was take the message they send to your email stating this is your number...print my husband phone logs and highlight everytime he called that number or i called using that number. We used two different higlighters for incoming and outgoing calls. hope this helps
