contacting congressman suggestions

Hello VJrs,

Arrghhh! Doesn't this process just draaagg.. lol. My fiance and I applied for a k1 visa in November and our case is still at the CSC, we've put in 2 service requests and we still haven't heard anything from them. I'm now ready to contact my congressman but need suggestions on how to approach the matter and what exactly to say. Are there any sample letters on this site? Any help will be appreciated.

I would go on their website or call the office. Fill out the Release form and fax it or mail it. I filled out the form and attached a letter explaining my situation when I contacted the congressman office. Hope it helps. Good luck.

to be honest your just wasting your time contacting them(congress/senate) once upon a time i requested for expedite i call my congress and senate..seems like they act like they don't know anything..and even the congress aide everytime i call her...acting she's helping(her script "aahh let me look in to your case...blah blah blah call you back")......its been months and months NEVER heard from her lol

i suggest just wait....i kind of notice my case get more complicated by bugging them.
