I highlighted everything I thought necessary on all our sheets of papers proving joint ownership/marriage.

I've also highlighted everything that has our names before sealing the packet. I thought it would be useful. Bank statements, cards and letters addressed to us, tax returns, lease agreements, health insurance claims, boarding passes, etc.

I didn't highlight anything. They should read the names on your documents. If they aren't in a prominent place, or if its not totally obvious I would highlight, otherwise it seems like a lot of extra work.

I wouldn't want them to wonder why in the heck did they send this to us? It wastes their time, and if I am being adjudicated I want to make it as easy as possible for them. Boom, boom, boom approved!
