DS-230 Divorce Docs needed?

DS-230 Instructions say to include divorce docs if you were previously married. My wife (who is the subject of the DS-230) has no previous marriages, however I have had 1.

Am I understanding this correctly that the DS-230 is only asking for Divorce docs from my wife and only if my Wife has previous marriages. So I do not need to include my divorce docs from my ex with my wife's DS-230 right? I already included my divorce docs with the USCIS I-130.

That is correct. If your wife had previous marriages, you would have provided photocopies of certified copies already and then would provide the actual certified copies now. DS230 is a visa application. Foreigners apply for visas, so it is the foreigner's civil documents that are required with the visa application.
