Just finished Package 3, and sent an email to the embassy requesting an interview date. Still waiting for a reply, though.

no and the most frustrating part is they cant give us any answers why it hasnt been processed yet when everyone else has finished their wait at the uscis. thanks for making me feel better tho....really means a lot.

I'm guessing you've contacted your Congressman or Senator already…no help from there either?

I see that you've now got an RFE. It's taken a year to give you an RFE! What was it about?

it was a req for evidence of hving met w/in 2 yrs! The most frustrating part is,my fiance already sent in copies of hs passport showing stamps of d last tym he came to visit! So nw he sent it again together wd some pics putting hm at our place at that time.

They recieved our initial packet on July 28th, and we got the NOA1 via email on July 31st (when they also cashed the check). We went to the California Service Center, so I'm very thankful and hopeful this next stage won't be too affected by the "technical glitch" we keep hearing about.

Hi Everyone!!

I am new to this and anxious.

They received my application today 7/24/2015. I am so nervous, worried and stressing like everyone else. I am hoping the information I sent was enough to prove my fiancée and i's relationship. He is in the UK and I am in Texas. I was wondering if there was anyone else in the UK. Fingers crossed that I get the NOA1 within in the 2 weeks. Good luck to everyone.
