signing ds260

When I get to the last page on the online form of the DS-260 I try to do the electronic signing and I type in the passport number also my case number and the security key but then I try clicking on "Sign and Submit Application" but it doesn't do anything the button is just gray. Does anyone know why?

I believe there's something you need to click and read, about the military and such.

Yes, it was that I was able to figure it out. My mistake was that I right clicked on it to open in new tab instead of just clicking it there.
