Finally I got the email this morning that we were approved.

This case has been approved. On October 16, 2006

09.18.07 RFE received by USCIS. Processing resumed.(Day 57)

10.04.07 Card Production ordered EAD..Woohoo!!!! (73 Days)

10.15.07 EAD card delivered in post as well as Approval email

10.15.07 Email to say Im on my way to California!

04/08/07: U.S. ENTRY at LAX

04/23/07: Married in Vegas

You should call CSC! You never know... Steven & Jinky got their approval by calling, and they have a similar timeline... :whistle:

:yes: ...pssst...follow the prompts as if you have questions regarding your RFE and then you will eventually get a live person on the phone. Then tell them you are calling about the RFE you mailed back awhile ago. They will look up your file on screen and tell you whatever is there...hehehe. :P
