2nd interview and husband still denied spousal visa

The interview took place in Haiti. The reason why we received 221g is because they do not feel that the marriage is not a bona fide marriage. My husband had interview in June and he was denied and they asked me to come to Haiti and they interviewed us both and was still denied. Please help me, I do not know what to do. I am still in Haiti, what should I do?

wow!! two denials and you were present??? Ok so what happen , I mean what do you think influenced this decision. Where there questions that you both could not answer in agreement? What evidence did you bring? Did they look at the evidence? Are there any red flags, race or age difference (NOT THAT EITHER SHOULD MATTER , BUT LETS BE HONEST SOME CO DO WIEGH THAT IN) How manyitmes have you visited Hati? Basically can you give us a feel of how it went down. and I'm sure someone can start directing you.. Again I am truly sorry for this situation.

Peace,

Chi

To be honest I do not know what influenced this decision. They gave me the 221g letter again. They asked for no evidence or copies of anything. There is no age difference, race or religion. This is my fourth visit to Haiti. I feel like they were more interested about his family in America than our relationship. The CO asked him why his mother didn't petition for him since she is a USC. He asked about his siblings. Also he never new or met his father and on the birth certificate it says "unknown" for the father's name, the CO insisted that my husband has and knows his father. It was also some issues about the location of our wedding, we got married in the provinces instead of petionville which is where my husband lives. It was a very frustrating interview, again nothing about proving our relationship.

I would contact my congressman in the USA immediately by email and fax.

Tell them I want the case to stay at the embassy and I want a superior officer to review the denial.

I would email the embassy and explain that I am shocked that they focused on only his family and not our relationship in a spousal interview.

Ask what his family relationship has to do with your marriage

Were you interviewed together or separately?

Good Luck

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

Thank you for this advice. I will be doing everything and anything in my power to stop the case from coming here. They interviewed us separately we were never together. They never asked us any relationship questions just his family.
